Here is this weeks fairly dull training update :)
TRAINING
Sun 6th May - Sat 12th May
Number of runs: 3
Running: 9.07 miles
Running increase: 10.7%
Walking: 11 miles
Increased my running miles by 10% which is what I was aiming at so I am happy. Apparently if you increase more than that you are more susceptible to injury. Hopefully I can manage a similar increase next week (which will be almost 10 miles).
